The basis was a detailed analysis - of the banking sector, bankers and their behaviour or possible current solutions on the application market. With the client, we set out what we wanted to achieve. The main objectives were to increase sales of banking products, increase the efficiency of bankers and eliminate the lack of information among bankers. Based on the information, I put together ideas and the first wireframes and user flows were created.
Since the target user group liked numbers and was competitive, we relied on gamification. For every product sold, the banker earned points and increased the rankings. Other bankers could see who was statistically the best member of their branch, or who was the best in the entire region. Each banker also had a detailed analysis of their performance and notifications of everything important they needed to do their job.
The output is a complete design for iOS and Android platforms, including the developer handoff. This also included the creation of a logo and branding for the project, which was based on the bank's visual identity. The app has received very positive feedback and other European branches of the bank have also shown interest in it.
