Web platform tokenizing large real estate investments for small investors.
Royal Eagle Capital Partners is a US-based capital sourcing firm focused on investments in the US and Latin America. The partners of the company came up with the idea of investing in expensive real estate for smaller retail clients through tokenization. In a nutshell, you are able to buy a piece of real estate. The goal was to invent and design an app where investors could find potential opportunities, manage their portfolios, and have the administrative work that comes with investing in real estate as simple as possible.
For the upcoming application, a completely new brand was created - FrakBlock LLC. In addition to the app itself, I also created the logo and branding on which everything is based. The real estate market in the US and Latin America is completely different from that in Europe. Therefore the key objective was to understand how the market works there, the business of the customer, and the potential users for whom I am designing the app.
The result is a marketing web presentation targeted at user acquisition and the investment platform itself. The collaboration also involved working closely with the developers to address the technical capabilities and limitations of the chosen technologies.
